Reasonably priced and good standard hotel with a lovely reception. Reasonably priced food for dinner and breakfast. - Stunning central location, not far from the beautiful Botanical Gardens as well as city centre. - A 4-6 minute walking distance from Woolloomooloo Wharf and other tourist attractions.

We loved staying in the spacious suite with large, good-quality towels.

No smoking hotel - a very appealing option. We don't need 5 star luxury so Mariner's suited our needs and comfort level. The bed was very comfy, the room & bathroom fresh and nice. The continental breakfast a very convenient bonus and great value. We will book again for our next visit to Sydney. cheers, Eve

This place has a great central location, close to a hidden museum, and the room is tidy and nicely furnished with a balcony.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to shops, restaurants, the harbour, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the Opera House. Nearby restaurant Café Melted Monster, located just 1 km away, was a delightful find.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with a balcony, decent size towels plus kitchenette and that was essential. The staff were exceptional at all times, the rooms was neat. The airport was 15 km away.

The location is very good.
Very noisy neighbors got caught, the rooms have thin walls. I couldn't get any rest.

the place is very hard to reach by foot because you have about 150 stairs to climb every morning to go to work in order to reach kings cross station. the hotel staff is not sympathic at all, they only think about their money

Newly decorated, fairly clean hotel with excellent service and garden views. Continental breakfast offers a huge variety of brilliant meals to choose from. - Overall comfortable and an ideal location near excellent restaurants on Woolloomooloo wharf and waterfront.

Great service and value for money! Our flight arrived 6:00 AM and we were offered a (very) early check-in and free breakfast as soon as we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 AM. Great to be able to have a shower before fighting jet lag the rest of the day. The location is great (especially for the money). You can walk into Sydney centre but also cityrail is at walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing much really.

I like the location of the hotel which is not far away from cbd and within the walking distance to the Kind Cross. I enjoyed walking the short cut from the hotel to the cbd which included China Town and the Darling Harbour etc. The hotel is not the 5-star hotel but most facilites were convenient, and it gave you a home feeling.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
